Prime Minister Lawrence Wong delivered his Budget 2026 speech on Thursday afternoon (12 Feb), saying that it lays the groundwork for how Singapore will navigate its next phase of development.
The Philippine Embassy in Singapore and the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) are both aware of a video circulating online showing a man assaulting a Filipina at Lucky Plaza. DMW Secretary Hans Cacdac was quoted as saying they are looking into it and filing the necessary legal actions.
